Article XVI

a) The fiscal year shall commence on April 1st of a given year and terminate on
March 31st
.

b) The regular March meeting shall be known as the Annual Meeting at which
the following events will take place:

• Election of Officers

• Reports of Officers

• Reports of Committees

• Adoption of budget for forthcoming year.

• When appropriate, Directors shall give a report on policy changes.
