a) The regular meetings of the Association shall be held once a month on the
fourth Tuesday/Wednesday of the month, (except during July and August
when there shall be no meeting) at 7:00 p.m., at a place to be designated,
which must be located within the territorial limits of the Association.

b) A special membership meeting may be called at anytime by one-third (1/3)
of the membership of the Association by petition (request) to the Executive
Committee. Such a petition shall make it mandatory for the Executive
Committee to call a meeting within one week (7 days) after receipt of such petition.

c) A special meeting of the Executive Committee may be called by two-thirds
(2/3) of such committee by written petition to the President. Such meeting
shall be called within seven (7) days of presentation of said petition to the President.
